Ali serves as the Community Outreach, Marketing, and Design lead at Impact Move Management, where she brings together relationship-building, creative strategy, and a deep understanding of senior-focused services to strengthen connections between Impact and the communities it serves.

With roots in rural Southeast Iowa, Ali was fortunate to grow up surrounded by grandparents and great-grandparents who shared their wisdom, faith, and values — an experience that shaped her respect for older generations and her passion for serving them with dignity and care.

Ali holds a degree in Business Administration from Coe College and has served in a variety of leadership and operational roles within Senior Living Care, culminating in the position of Executive Director at a senior living community in Iowa City. She later expanded her professional experience into construction, design, and real estate, giving her a well-rounded perspective on housing, transitions, and the built environment.

Ali is especially passionate about community relations, volunteerism, and environmental awareness, and she brings these values into both her professional work and personal life. She is a proud mother of two wonderful young adult children and enjoys long, brisk walks outdoors, working hard, helping others, and spending time with family and friends. Always up for an adventure, Ali approaches life and work with energy, heart, and purpose.

Monica Hayes is the Owner of Impact Move Management and the visionary behind The Impact Family of Companies. She leads the organization with a deep commitment to creating thoughtful, well-run systems that support clients through some of life’s most important transitions.

With a long-standing career in real estate and extensive experience working with seniors, Monica has built her business around service, compassion, and operational excellence. Earlier in her career, Monica worked in hospice care, where she developed a profound understanding of the emotional, physical, and family dynamics that accompany major life changes. That experience continues to shape how she approaches every client relationship today.

Monica recognized early on that downsizing and later-life moves require more than traditional real estate services — they require coordination, patience, financial awareness, and a trusted team. In response, she created Impact Move Management to bridge the gap between real estate, move logistics, and household transitions, offering families a single, reliable resource.

As the operational leader, Monica oversees business strategy, systems, partnerships, and client experience, ensuring every service delivered under the Impact brand meets the highest standards. Her focus is on building processes that are efficient behind the scenes and feel calm, simple, and supportive for clients.

Monica is passionate about helping seniors and their families move forward with dignity, clarity, and confidence — and about building a company where purpose and professionalism go hand in hand.

Lisa Nissen is a Move Manager and Ownership Partner at Impact Move Management with over eight years of experience specializing in move management and household liquidations. She has spent the majority of her career working closely with seniors, guiding them and their families through some of life’s most meaningful transitions with patience, respect, and care.

Lisa understands that moving into a new chapter is about far more than logistics — it’s about honoring memories, protecting what matters, and creating a sense of comfort in what comes next. She takes a calm, thoughtful, and organized approach to every move, helping clients feel supported and confident throughout the entire process.

Born and raised in Iowa, Lisa is deeply rooted in the community and brings a genuine, down-to-earth presence to her work. When she isn’t helping clients, she runs a pet-sitting business, spends time with her five cats, enjoys reading, attending concerts, and being with family and friends.

As both a Move Manager and Ownership Partner, Lisa is personally invested in the mission of Impact Move Management and in delivering exceptional care, consistency, and results for every client she serves.
